Questions
How does the free trial work?
You add a payment method and get 14 days free. We email you 7 days before your first charge. Cancel before the trial ends in Settings → Billing and you're never charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online in Settings → Billing. You keep CanvasPro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Anytime, in Settings → Billing. The unused part of your month is credited, and you see the exact amount before you confirm.
What if I change my mind after paying?
Ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge, for any reason. See the Refund Policy.
Who processes the payment?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it handles payments, taxes, receipts and refunds.
